This Privacy Statement sets forth the practices of Victory Seventh Day Adventist Church (collectively referred to as, “Victory” “we,” “us” and/or “our”) with respect to personal data (also referred to as “Personally Identifiable Information,” or ” PII”) and other information that is collected from Individuals; including Officers, Members or Guests (collectively referred to as “Persons”) through various manually completed forms, interests submissions or our websites owned and operated by us.

It is important to note that privacy practices of Participating Organizations may differ from those of the Victory. We are a separate entity from those that participate in our Services and thus do not have control over their privacy practices. While we do encourage Participating Organizations to follow our Privacy Statement and practices, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of Participating Organizations’ websites before submitting any Personal Data.

We recognize the sensitive nature of your information. It is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of any information you provide and take a proactive approach in protecting your privacy.

Victory is comprised of many associated ministries/departments which are coordinated by the Victory Seventh-day Adventist Church. The Ministries/Departments have been established to help fulfill the mission and purposes of this Church – To be a caring community of believers, who by our love and compassion for others, via actions and words, fulfill and proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and make disciples of all kinds of people, in fulfillment of the great commission  “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matt. 28:19-20).

We integrate and share your information with various Ministries/Departments to allow them to perform the various duties discussed above and provide you with valuable Services. We may provide your Personal Data to third party services providers that help us with our business activities such as shipping, marketing and processing of credit cards. These companies are authorized to use your Personal Data only as necessary to provide these services to us.

If you are a denominational employee or member of an denominational organization, we may publish your profile in our directory so that other members can find you and communicate with you. If you believe that someone has created an unauthorized profile of you, please contact us using the email address provided below, please provide us with a brief explanation, where you found the profile, include your name and contact information, for the purposes of reviewing the possible unauthorized profile and communicating back to you.
